Tamil Arts Academy web site contains articles in Tamil and English. There are articles with Devanagari script. This website is Unicode compliant. That means all the pages in this site have been stored using unicode standard.
Most of the characters used in the writing system have been assigned with unique code under unicode standard. This has enabled font generators to come up with one font file containing character sets of many languages. For example Code2000.ttf is one such font file which contains character sets using unicode standard for many languages like Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Devanagari etc.
Basically if you have unicode compliant fonts for Tamil, English and Devanagari the pages will be rendered correctly.
